Buildings!

Currently learning the workflow of various modular building assets.
This is one of them, and I have considered the following parts:

Base wall, (the bottom concrete foundation part)
Main wall ground level
Mid wall
Top wall
Roof
Roof window
Roof plates for the seams
Drain pipes
Stairs
Railing for the stairs
Lamps

The windows have separate textures from the walls, as it is then easier to tile the wall plates, and some walls can have no windows and I can just close the holes in them as the windows are embedded deeper than the wall plane. Just change the textures or colors and you have another building. Reuse various parts on other buildings too to save time.
I keep the sizes consitent so that I can join different buildings together.

This guy has only diffuse maps at the moment, and I believe it will look much better when importing to Unity with Normal maps, Spec maps and reflections on the windows.
