So, I have been working on secret objects for the game project I now call "Project -O-", giving Blender a last try. If it chokes on me I have to move over to another engine.
Anyways I am done with the architectural modules for the main level, and I am now filling it very slowly up with assets and lights. I want to bake the lights but I'm not sure how to do it yet.
I have also found an SSAO script and a Chromatic abberation script on the Blenderartist forum and I take no credit for those. It looks stunning though (not shown in the screens). Combined with activated AA this will look much more professional than earlier projects.
Here are a couple of screens of the general architecture. Simple yet tasteful. Texture free and with temporary lighting to get the feel.
